Privacy Notice

GenReady HQ respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Pilot form. When you request early access, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, the productivity platforms your organisation uses, and any note you choose to share.

AI readiness survey. We collect your name, work email, organisation, role, sector, the country you work in, your answers, which survey link you used, and the country your visit came from.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not name other people in your written answers.

Why we collect it

We use pilot form details to contact you about GenReady HQ pilots and early access, and to understand which employers and educators are interested.

We use survey answers to research AI readiness among graduates and new recruits. We may publish findings, but only as combined results that do not identify you or your organisation. We use your contact details to understand who took part, to check responses are genuine, and to follow up only in the ways you ticked: a call, pilot news or a copy of the findings.

We will not use your data for any other purpose without asking you first.

Your consent

We only collect your details when you tick the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We will then stop contacting you and delete your details, or remove them from your survey answers.

Who can see it

Only the GenReady HQ team. We use trusted service providers to host our website, database and email, namely Cloudflare and Google. They process data on our behalf, and some of that processing may take place outside Singapore. We take steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How we protect it

Your data is stored in a secured database with restricted access. Only authorised people can view it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we are in touch with you about pilots, research or early access, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact. After that, we delete them. After that, we may keep your survey answers for longer research only once your name, email and organisation have been removed.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
